For me, yoga is calm, acceptance, and connection. I teach with attention to body, breath, and the rhythms that shape how we feel. Every session adapts to you.
Whether you are beginning or deepening your practice, you are welcome exactly as you are. No performance. No pressure. Just honest work on the mat.
