Yoga - participant agreement

Assumption of risk - I understand that yoga and physical exercise involve inherent risks, including strain, injury or aggravation of existing conditions. I take part voluntarily and accept these risks.
Health & fitness - I am in good health and have disclosed any relevant medical condition, injury, pregnancy or limitation (including issues with back, shoulders or hips). I will stop and inform the instructor if I feel unwell or if a pose does not feel right.
Instructions - I will follow the instructor's guidance, work within my own limits and inform the instructor of any pain or discomfort.
Release - To the extent permitted by Portuguese law, I release Blankayogi and its instructors from liability for injury, loss or damage that is not caused by their gross negligence.
